CSTM New Student Orientation
CSTM orientation is required for all new degree and certificate students and will provide you with an introduction to life at CSTM.听 Orientation will be held on:

Getting Started
Activating md传媒国产剧 College Credentials
Every md传媒国产剧 College student, faculty, and staff member has a unique username that is assigned when you first become a member of the BC community. Your username is usually some variation of your last name. Most electronic services and resources restricted to the BC community, including email and Agora Portal, require authentication by entering your username and password.听 Click here for detailed information about activating your BC credentials and creating passwords.
Activating md传媒国产剧 College Email
md传媒国产剧 College provides email services for all affiliated听students, faculty and staff (including part time and visiting faculty and staff). Click here for detailed information on setting up your BC email address.
IMPORTANT:听Google will prompt you to set up 2-Step Verification. Don鈥檛 delay setting it up. You have 7 days after logging into your Gmail account to set up 2-Step Verification. If you don鈥檛 set it up within 7 days, you will be locked out of your account, and need to contact the BC ITS Help Center for assistance (617) 552-HELP (4357).
Students will be assigned an advisor in early August. Your advisor will reach out to schedule a meeting for August 19-20. You must meet with your advisor before registering for courses.
Registration for all new CSTM students opens up at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2025. You may register yourself online or contact Denee Kinnemore听OR Cara Burke.听
If you want to register yourself online, you will use Eagle Apps, md传媒国产剧 College's student services system. Click here for step-by-step instructions to register for courses in Eagle Apps. You will need your BC credentials and also be connected to the BC VPN (if you are off campus)听in order to access this website. Activate BC Zoom Account
All students should activate their BC Zoom account. This will be used for a number of purposes, including meetings and select class sessions. If you are taking an ONLINE SYNCHRONOUS class, your entire course will be conducted over Zoom.

Classes begin on Monday, August 26. The add/drop period ends on Wednesday, September 3. Please make sure that you have registered for all courses (including BTI) by that day.听 If you drop a course after that date, you will be responsible for paying all or a portion of tuition and fees in accordance with the refund schedule.
Important Announcements
All new degree and certificate students are required to take the online academic integrity tutorial in their first semester of study.听 This tutorial will introduce students to the academic culture at CSTM and teach students best practices in terms of academic integrity.听 The associate dean for academic affairs will e-mail all new degree and certificate students with more information after the add/drop period ends.
These workshops (Part I in the fall and Part II in the spring) are required of all new degree and certificate students at CSTM and are a graduation requirement. Students in degree programs with a Supervised Ministry/Contextual Education requirement need to take them before their placement begins. For students taking face-to-face courses in the academic year at CSTM, they are offered on two dates each semester; students choose one each semester. For those living at a distance and doing the MA degree in a hybrid fashion, an online section is offered. Please check the fall and spring course listings to register for the appropriate workshop. Absent your registration for Professional Ethics in Ministry听I by Friday, September 12th you will be assigned to a group.
The services and collections of the md传媒国产剧 College Theology and Ministry Library (TML), located at 117 Lake Street in the heart of the Brighton campus, support the curricular and research needs of the faculty, students, and staff of the CSTM. If you plan to spend any time on the campus this summer, the TML staff look forward to meeting you at the library. If you are studying remotely, the library staff can still provide a wide range of services to you in a virtual capacity and have made many vitally important resources in theology available online. All md传媒国产剧 College students are issued Eagle One Cards through the Office of Student Services in Lyons Hall. Proof of identification must be presented in order to be issued an Eagle One Card. The initial fee is $50 and will automatically be billed to your student account.
Health Insurance
All students listed below are听automatically enrolled听in and billed for the student health insurance plan. If you would like to waive this insurance, you must do so by September 19, 2025.听If you are a part-time student听 (taking less than 7 credits in a semester) and want to enroll in student health insurance you need to opt in via the Agora Portal.听Learn more here.
Immunization Requirements
Massachusetts State Law requires full-time and part-time students to show proof of required immunizations.听All information must be submitted 30 days prior to the start of classes.听 Failure to do so will result in a $85 non-refundable late fee and you will not be able to register for next semester classes.听听More information about the immunization requirements can be found听here.
